Unique Solar Products is proud to offer our customers a 30-day money back guarantee on all purchases. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Due to the additional handling and processing fees associated with larger orders a restocking fee will be applied to orders over $1000.

After 30 days defective products sold with a Manufacturer or Direct Warranty must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement. For these items, the warranty policy from the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any return, repairs, etc., be requested and processed by the consumer (or "end user") of the item. Unique Solar Products will be happy to assist in any way possible.

To return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact Unique Solar Products at 866-522-6890. Unique Solar Products will not accept returns without prior authorization and will be returned to customer at customers expense. All product(s) must be returned as originally received to include original packaging; manuals; documents; and all bundled accessories. Returns must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage when shipped.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product and agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, unused in re-saleable condition, and will include the original undamaged packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing or damaged in any way Unique Solar Products may in its sole discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).
